Orders take 3-5 days to process

Refunds:

Buyers can get a refund if not satisfied with a product (with the exception of custom work), or if the product is damaged in any way (except if damaged via shipping, then contact usps for insurance claims). When applying for a refund, there is a 30 day grace period. Refunds will not be given after 30 days.

Cancellations:

Orders must be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. This can be done by contacting us direct at rich@imaginationasylum.com

Orders:

Orders will go out USPS priority mail with tracking and insurance when applicable.
